Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all educational and allied services provided by Hare Krishna Bureau for students, parents, and tutors associated with our network.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for our services, submitting a tutor application, or continuing to use our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions as well as our privacy and refund policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our offerings immediately.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Students must provide accurate personal information, academic requirements, and emergency contact details at the time of registration. Parents or legal guardians must complete the process for students below 18 years of age. Tutors must provide valid educational qualifications, identity proofs, and references for verification.

3. Scope of Services

Hare Krishna Bureau facilitates home tuition, online coaching, and curated educational programs across Varanasi, Delhi, and other partnered regions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service category depending on availability, regulatory changes, or quality considerations.

4. Student & Guardian Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe, conducive learning environment and punctual attendance for all scheduled sessions.
  • Provide honest feedback about tutor performance and immediately report any concerns to our support team.
  • Refrain from engaging tutors directly for services outside the Bureau without prior approval.

5. Tutor Responsibilities

  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and ethical conduct during every interaction.
  • Deliver lesson plans aligned with the student’s academic goals and syllabus requirements.
  • Safeguard student privacy and refrain from sharing personal information with third parties.
  • Inform the Bureau immediately of any change in availability, health condition, or conflict of interest.

6. Fees, Payments & Invoicing

All fee structures, payment schedules, and applicable taxes will be communicated in writing prior to session commencement. Payments must be made through approved channels only. Late payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund requests must comply with the timelines and conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • Emergency cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis; supporting documents may be required.
  • Administrative and onboarding charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

8. Scheduling & Attendance

Session schedules are mutually agreed upon by the tutor, student, and our coordinator. Any rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Frequent absenteeism without notice may lead to session forfeiture or additional charges.

9. Safety & Code of Conduct

  • All interactions must remain respectful, inclusive, and free from discrimination or harassment.
  • Physical punishments, offensive language, or inappropriate behaviour are strictly prohibited.
  • Any safety concern should be reported immediately to contact@harekrishnabureau.com.

10. Learning Materials & Intellectual Property

All study materials, lesson notes, digital content, and resources shared by Hare Krishna Bureau or its tutors remain the intellectual property of the respective owners. Students may use them solely for personal learning and must not reproduce, sell, or distribute them without written consent.

11. Technology & Communication

Online classes may require video conferencing tools, learning portals, or messaging apps. Students are responsible for maintaining secure internet connections and functional devices. The Bureau may record select sessions for quality audits with prior intimation.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hare Krishna Bureau will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage. Our liability, if established, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service during the current billing cycle.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected through forms, calls, and digital platforms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal data and only share it with trusted partners when required to deliver the promised service.

14. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these terms, misuse of resources, non-payment, or behaviour that endangers tutors or fellow learners. Any pending dues must be cleared within the notified timeline.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi. Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through negotiation or mediation before initiating legal proceedings.

16. Updates to Terms

Hare Krishna Bureau may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Major changes will be communicated via email or website notifications. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
