1. Educational & Tuition Services

If you are unsatisfied with a tutor assigned by Hare Krishna Bureau, you may request a replacement tutor within the first week of classes. Refunds for tuition fees paid in advance are subject to prorated deductions for classes already attended.

2. Property & Travel Services

Refunds for property bookings and travel packages are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the date the cancellation occurs.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Teacher Guidelines and Policies

Teachers collaborating with the bureau are expected to follow specific guidelines, which are outlined in the agency's rules and policies:

• Service Charge: The teacher must pay the first month's tuition fee or the agreed commission to the bureau as a service charge after the student confirms the tutoring.
• No Direct Dealing: Teachers are strictly prohibited from making direct tutoring arrangements with students originally provided by the bureau. Bypassing the bureau can result in immediate cancellation of registration.
• Professional Conduct: Educators must always maintain professional behavior with both students and parents. Any misconduct or unresolved complaints may lead to suspension or termination of your profile.
